Terms and Conditions of Service:

Forms of payment accepted at this time include Purchase Order, Check or Money Order, COD, or Major Credit Card.

Established customers can easily submit a Purchase Order Number along with their request. Terms of payment are Net 30 Days. New customers who would like to pursue an ongoing relationship with us may contact our Customer Service (sales@clinton-vdc.com) to set up an account.

Check and Money Order purchases will be shipped after receipt of payment and based on availability of product. Since most of our product is made to order, please wait for us to contact you before sending payment.

Credit Card orders are not currently set up to be processed through an automated on-line system. Therefore, we will not have you transmit Credit Card information on-line for your own protection. You will be contacted by our Customer Service to collect the necessary information. Billing will occur on the date of shipment.

Before returning any product to us for any reason, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting our Customer Support by phone (815-633-1444 x290) or by e-mail (sales@clinton-vdc.com). See our Return Policy statement.
