Showcase - We manufacture a wide array of sizes, phosphor colors, shapes, and treatments.	Buffing - All glass is inspected for defect. Minor defects are skillfully buffed and polished out.	Panel Lamination - Panels are laminated to the face of some tubes using a special polymer resin. These panels provide additional strength and surface protection in attition to enhancing the viewing contrast and performance.
Coating - Each tube goes through a series of washes, phosphor depositions, coating, and treatments to assure quality.	Laser Welder - Miniature components are assembled by a mechanized laser welder.	Multiform - Ceramic rods are softened under intense heat and pressed into place to fuse the electron gun components together.
